Unfinished?
Unfinished is an understatement. There is nothing to get into, so its barely started.
IMO it really doesn't matter how much potential a movie has if it doesn't get anywhere.
Yes, some of the art, such as the image of the NG office and server, is very good, but other parts were very poor such as the scribbled people , so I don't rate it and would not have kept it. The music is not exactly exciting or original and there should have been all sorts of sounds too.

Slightly funny and sweet. Not bad animation and a cute little tune.
I wish I could send my girlfriend a letter that did that, it was a nice little firework effect!
Yeah, I really have to thank Maverlyn for the song, maybe someone else could put it to more justice, because it has such a great, quirky melody. And yeah, i wish i could do a firework like Terkoiz or Hyun, but, well, i thought it was nice!
Doesn't make sense
You shouldn't have to explain the story in the notes. It should all be in the movie.
serial killer is spelt thus. The credits don't make much sense either.
It doesn't have much to do with Madness so the title pic is misleading.
Actually...
despite being too simple and pointless for me to want us to keep it here, it doesn't look too bad- it kinda works! If it had some music and maybe played about in a fun way with colours etc. I might even protect it

The story isn't really that original- in fact it is quite predictable, but that is OK. It is typical dark Newgrounds humour anyway.
What about a sequel ? You can't create such wonderful aliens and just forget about them? You must explore more about what mistakes they would make based on the record we sent- what if a hand in the air has a different meaning to them?

A screamer, basically
Dissappoining. I know Tom took it out of the Rules, but its still true what he said- It was funny once, but now its lame.
That kind of language in the Notes doesn't help either. People will hate what they hate, swearing at them will not make them like you. In the past many of my Clock friends were determined to be friendly to their critics, so I am not impressed by this tone.
That said the animation etc is OK and I've seen worse, its even slightly funny

Great effects, good art, good sounds, OK music. Nice details- hands, expressions etc.
Some great ideas there. I wouldn't change anything (except to my taste in music, maybe!)
