It all works, but there isn't all that much to it. Dressups are two-a-penny on NG and this one has nothing of interest to offer.

Possible improvements:

shoes
alternate backgrounds- can include movie clips
Movie clip items
humour
alternative music (in on/off buttons)- I can send you one to adapt
things to hold

You could do so much more with this. A couple of buttons to other colours, shapes and widths; more info as to what it is; a screen clean thing; any credits.

Its cool as it is, though!

All OK

Most of it was OK, though not great, but put together it made it into something entertaining and worthwhile. I like the song, it has some of the spirit of NG.
I though it is was a bit harsh going right back to the beginning of every answer and every level of the game, especially since the quiz had four answers to every question. Thank you for teaching me a bit about Pico on NG. I have checkpoints in most of my quizzes every four questions. I didn't have time tonight to fight my way through it all, so I never got to the dressup.

alright thanks, yes i know i made the quiz kinda harsh...and its hard...i bet most people on Newgrounds dont know that stuff (i had to look it up lol)...and the game is kinda harsh too...but it makes it hard, which is better in a way

[CC Tutorial - Buttons]

Good Tut

There are lots of button tuts and most are limited. Indeed I have given 3 or 4/10 to a few of them recently even if they are corect if I feel they have nothing to offer. However, yours is good. It has detailed descriptions, going into lots of options and explanations, with pics etc. It is quite comparable to the great Blan's Buttons in the Collection and is indeed better in some ways.
So, I submitted it to the collection and voted 4/5.
I think this is a credit to the Clock Crew and a service to NG.

However, the text isn't quite right. It is hard to spot your own mistakes so get someone to go through it. If you really want it to make the collection and last forever, you won't want things like:
"these are basically tellnig..."
and
"...clicked it shoudl go..."

Also, it is usual to reccomend people to put in "_blank" in the URL command so it opens a new window- See Blans Buttons.

Scores over 3 on tuts are uncommon, so well done. I am jealous- I didn't quite make it on my tut.

-Ngers can be so fickle- Gullotine/Guillotine.
-did you mean ' which is foot instead of '' which means inch?
-Can't read the information without zooming in, which is not really right.

Since it really isn't right at present some people might bl@m it, just to make you sort it out. Authors are notorious for not bothering otherwise. However, I passed it, so please sort it!

However, apart from that its a neat little documentary thing. good art, good sound, good info.

How about adding another info button for more info on decapitation? If you are up for it, PM me and I will give you a couple of interesting links.

Actually, this began as a blueprint for a school project, a model i was going to create. The model was in inches, and i just forgot to change the measurements in the current form.

Its good, I'm crap!

I tried all three and I got a high of 86 on easy, 66 on med, 65 on hard. Why did you remove the places you removed?- you've taken away my brother's house in the Caribbean! Does Hong Kong still count as a country or whatever?

To be honest I can't see much changed. Its good, of course. The little pictures of the portal awards are rather too dark against a dark background, otherwise its OK.

I dont want to see scraps. If all you wanted to do was test the preloaders etc there are plenty of places you could do that. get a DA acct, for example.

Theres loads of tuts and I don't pass them unless they have something, which I think this has.

However it could do with tidying up. As you say it has a lot of typos- with tuts its got to be right, to keep peoples confidence. Always get someone to view your work before you post it.
I don't use much AS so I'm not much of a judge, but it looks OK as far as I can see.

If you want people to join your Productions then put in a link where your note is.

No really, I like to be friendly so its nice to find something from you guys I can genuinely praise and most KK is not my taste at all.

The intro's funny and good looking. the game is BIG, thats a lot of letters there!
I got to 21 before getting restless and wanting to see if the Reset worked.

Please credit the funny music in the sub.
I would be grateful if you could tell me how the music on/off button works I can turn music off but not on again (credit to you in my next sub!)
