Ghastly accent...

... the waiter had. Haven't you guys learnt yet since Mary Poppins that no-one in the world talks like that apart from Dick Van Dyke trying to do a Cockney London accent!

For a moment I thought it was going to be one of those "Videos" which is just atiny loop of animation all the way through a song. I usually Bl@m them, often with a zero. The work involevd to make this was probably not all that much more, but the result is SO much more entertaining- something going on all the way through.
The art and animation of this was not particularly exciting or sophisticated yet it was apt and well timed. the Author has chosen a catchy song and expressed it with images which emphasise the absurd song. Its not difficult to make a load of images mirror-flip, but its all that was needed.

Needs proper credits within the movie.

The credits? Humm... There are people who I've met, some vg characters... If I finish the movie (don't tell it, it's unfinished!), maybe I'll put the credits...

[The art of Writing]

Nice work.

this is good and it could be better by adding some explanation within the movie. A spoken english intro at the beginning would be nice. You could have a More Info button at the end. You could put in a little of what you know of the chinese characters, what inspired the story and links to more info on chinese characters.
Are these characters chosen based on the things they represent? If so show us the characters clearly, as they are written, at the end.

Remember, it is the people who are really interested who are your best hope of 5's and Fav's, so a little time catering for them further is well spent.

Some nice art, animation and sound. Subject OK. didn't need scene select on such a small movie though, what you gained in Interactivity, you lost on style.

Not bad, quite funny

I assume being fast was intended to be part of the humour, but for those of us who do not know what clockification is and the rest of the jargon in your movie, it was hard to follow. I do have a rough idea, so I did more or less follow, but you must expect some people to be unimpressed at what to them will sound like gibberish.

Really, boasting about how you only took an hour to make it is not a wise move. If I were a clock, perhaps I would admire the speed at which you work, etc but if I was already a bit negative, then I would feel you were boasting about being lazy and vote it lower.

If the clocks really wish to reach out with constructive friendliness, as they claim to do, then they should make their movies for all of us instead of only for each other- in this case that would mean taking the time to put in a simple explanation of clockification before or even after the movie.

We in the Dragons and Spirits have always been friendly to the Clocks and we are committed to vote only on merit. The movie made me smile, I liked the way Bobby Clock handed over from himself to himself. I certainly am protecting it, but I hope Clockification won't make you take your place on Newgrounds for granted as many in the crews do.

Its a nice little short

Take no notice of reviews saying its too short. Haven't they heard of e-cards?

its fine, its quite well done, except its not much of a FA tribute cos the voice is too deep. Maybe you could try speeding it up in Sound Recorder. You would have to record it again slower, otherwise it will be too fast.

Its OK if you like that sort of thing. Its sick, but thats not a problem here on NG.

The animation and art is not great but its OK, it does the job. You have backgrounds, OK lip sync etc, so yeah.

I don't exactlly like seeing real people suffer, I just think that if you can't find the ways to laugh about something, it kills you inside. You never let it out and it eats you inside out.

Neat little idea, nice short short.

I don't know how others will see it but I think sometimes something doesn't have to be big or technical to be OK.

Remember, if anyone talks about blamming your movies in a review, you can get a few people to click it as abusive and get it removed, they will all get whistle points if they do.
