It really captures the style of the Clock Crew and Strawberry, the character's part in it. The art and animation, whilst not being spectacular, do the job and follow the Clock style. I would have liked it if SBC had a few seeds on him.

The humour was great- "frosting makes..."

I used to hate the Speakonia voices, but I accept that they are the correct voices for the Clock Crew regardless.

Nice to see proper credits.

Best Wishes to the Clock Crew from the Dragons & Spirits :)

OK there is very little to it, but what there is is just about OK, plus it reminds me of my own animation- Ibby's Hair Restorer. Its got sound, animation and a scrap of humour, so OK.

JMBPro responds:

I agree lol, it was originally thrown together for YouTube. I normally use NewGrounds.com for my more professional content.

Although you might feel this is very creative, why would we want to watch it? Perhaps you might submit it as art?

From the viewers point of view, there is nothing interesting or entertaining about it. Please come back with something actually interesting or entertaining OK? :)

WeiZMei responds:

im here to dump art, i dont care about people who look at it or not

Some nice ideas in there. It is really hard to be original with stickmen.
Good music choice, good sounds. Nice animation details, such as Fire being driven back by his own force of fire.
Could have done with some water melting off the ice with the flame blasts. It would have heightened the peril Ice was in before he finally wins.

Yep, its all there. Good art, good animation, music, sound and voice. I found it to be a very NG movie, with all the details there.

Nothing I would particularly change. Keep going!

theBEARtrap responds:

Thank you for your kind review. We will hit our projects hard to keep dropping similar yet fresh content. Stay TOON'D

You bothered to upload this little scribble twice? Why?

It is very hard to get anyone to really enjoy stuff without any sound; it has to be REALLY GOOD. Is this really good? If you saw this and voted on it, you know you wouldn't vote high, don't you, its just animated scribble. Friend, you can do much better than this. :)

Shadow-Animator-JLG responds:

Thanks for your opinion!
but I did not really re-upload it, it's that it was not uploaded because its music is copyrighted. (Sorry for my bad English, but I speak Spanish)

Ah, now although this is a "practice animation" and as I have already said, I don't see why you want to dump your practice pieces on us, it is in fact, a complete idea, start to finish. That second or two of a shooting star is just that- exactly what you have drawn. It would be better if her finger vaguely followed it. As a stargazer, I can tell you, that is what we do when we point it out. 2.5 is about as much as I give for a scrap of something without sound but the material is very good- good flames, good lighting effect on the ground. The wind blows across the same way with the flag and the girl, moving her hair and clothes. Looking carefully, I notice even the shadow on the tent flickers with the flames and the light flickers on the surface of the tent. The fact that we are not usually conscious of these things does not mean they don't matter, they usually subconsciously affect our sense of realism.
The white line at the top doesn't help the scene- you are better than that.

Seriously, this simple scene, worked as a truly complete moment of animation, with a faint crackle of sound from the fire, then a little girl's voice saying "Look !" with a finger moving a little, would be lovely.

RishabhGiri responds:

I totally agree with your concern sir thank you so much for the feedback and appreciation i will definitely complete this scene also with sfx and the correction in animation thank you so much for your precious feedback 🙏🙏

The joke is old, but actually seeing what happens without it was a nice new twist!

Good art and animation. Good Clockiness. Loved the way the music timed with the action. Not sure what exactly was going on- whether we were supposed to somehow know why Orange is being treated in this way.

Animation- its good, the next step is to make the characters squash out slightly as they hit the ground.
Art- I assume those were a group of Turdclocks, though the picture is not clear, perhaps a little shading would help make their shape clearer.

Pingu responds:

Since all authors can reply now, I can do so in MetalDart's absence. I agree that squishiness is important, but remember that StrawberryClock is a fair but firm ruler. So firm that his subjects walk delicately, so as not to squish. Thanks a lot for stopping by!

Sound, music, story, art, animation, inc basic lip sync, humour, message, credits.
Yep, its all there. Am entertained for a little while. That is what we come here for. Thanks :)

Was in the Dragon & Spirit Alliance. My DS Halloween & Christmas Quizzes are in the 2006 Collections. I am the main organiser on Wikigrounds, though I don't spend much time either there or here these days. I am a writer in the Monthly Writing and VACcomps
