Good tut.

Looked good, worked well. Useful, made me feel like learning these things I don't know.

However-
-title yellow text on white looks bad
-spelling not perfect- bad on tutorials where it lowers confidence eg.
"GUILD LAYER"
and "beggining". Get someone who is good at english to go through it all and credit them "text edited by" Its not that hard for anyone and adds that touch.

you helpfully put in "Click Here if you don't know...
I think the text for that part would look better just slightly different colour on the up; also it should have a rectagualr hit area, not just the default of the buttons.

I will now go and try the Motion guide tut!

Good video

+very good art
+good animation
+important message, well expressed
+got subtitles

How about a little info button at the end taking you to info about bad debt. Something fairly discreet, not a big lecture, just a few facts and maybe a source of info for people to get help or something?

kyle-christie responds:

I like that idea, its a big problem this debt thing. It happened to me and I'm through it now, but I fear for others.

It OK

Standard funny little Ock thing.

probably is spelt thus.

danishcoffe responds:

oki.

Its very good.

+I don't know what they will make of it over the Pond, but I think its entertaining. I am not all that familiar with Lancashire, but I knew if it sounded and looked like Coronation Street it would be all right!
+good visual effects
+near perfect sound

- I think the boob bounce is a little overdone and we could do with just a tad of sound at her heavy footsteps.

-I was dissapointed it ended at a completely random point. although its very good it comes across as an unfinished flash rather than an episode.

Good, funny

+good graphics
+fairly simple but good animation
+good sound
+funny

Replay button please- well worth it. I replayed twice to try and see what the thought bubble was- never did get it!
Also, did you mean to mis-spell Speakonia?
you might put the websites into hyperlinks.

Very good- finish it soon, please!

I know what you mean about the deadline. I got mine finished with a few hours to spare and my IP server went down! :( !
I am pretty strict about unfinished work on the portal but under the circumstances it was more than worth submitting it. I gave it the best score I've ever given unfinished work.
+good art
+good animation
+good interpretation of song

Although the sound quality is good enough I would still like subtitles just get all the subtleties- please.

Best Wishes,
Ice

Nutcasenightmare responds:

More people should pity the deadline-persecuted. lol.

Thanks, and WHY ON EARTH DID TOM MAKE THE DEADLINE THE 20TH INSTEAD OF THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS?!

Hot Damn!- Cool, baby!

every bit of it fitted perfectly with the cool cat image. Neat fitted rhyme and fairly simple but effective animation, with neat ideas thrown in, like sliding down the fire escape.

yet another NBXmas parody- never mind - its well done!

the sound quality on htis one was excellant! The clarity superb. better than the 12 family one.

Maybe it would be better if there was some idea why he did what he did?! lol

Its great, but...

what about when there is no paper- c'mon man you gotta do that one!

Very good!

+Good art
+Good animation
+stylish and expressive.
+good song, well sung, just as it should be for a child. Loved the way you used the countdown part just the once to list the food dropped.

-some of it was hard to hear, but publishing usually muffles sound, plus I picked it all up on the REPLAY!

Beautifully expresses the flavour of family Christmas.

Thank you.
Best wishes,
