I disaggree. This is NewGrounds. Provided you give proper credit to people, you can do pretty well what you like. This movie has great potential, with good voice acting. Without it people won't follow things very well and you will geto some repsonses like the last reviewer.

[HSH intro/preview]

OK

I don't like sprite movies much- unless they show a bit of skill, originality and/or storyline I blam them.
This one has something like that with its song and rough lip sync.

Tom says don't submit tests/previews- use the alpha section. This probably means a lot of people go into this ready to blam it, including me! Although you may not consider it finished, if it has a start/middle/end, which this does, don't call it a preview, just say you are looking to inprove it!
Although as a sort of music video, you don't have to have sound as well as the music, I seriously recommend you get a good thud sound for the bit when the sprite hits the 'camera'

+Funny. Excellant parody. Usualy I know nothing about the games and stuff that get parodied on NG but KH I know!

+excellant voice acting from all the cast!

-something went wrong with a lot of the text, there are a lot of incomplete words, which spoils the overall quality.
-spelling/grammar etc could use a bit of attention. If you want me to go through it let me know.

i never pay attention to subtitles, they're to support the movie, not part of the art. Grammar freaks are scary.

Its OK. I did find it a bit funny, but I've never heard of the characters/game. If you want to improve your score you need to reach out to us a bit. Maybe give us a little intro or something.
Obviously, I understand the basic idea and I liked the deleted scene explanation. As a flash author myself I appreciate a bit of background.

-Too early. I can see that this is a pre H intro thing, but its still too early. If you are not happy with the score and get enough good ideas, you might even consider a full overhaul and resub closer to the date- However it IS good as it is.

Too early!!! Halloween starts October 1st around here. Actually, before that. Our Halloween decor (interior & exterior) is already on display by the 1st. Thanks for the comments on the art. I work the hardest on that. The animation is just my style. I like keeping it simple. Simple can be attractive if done right. Thanks again!

Not bad for sprite stuff

It had a sort of purpose and story and some fun random.

I don't understand most of it because I don't know the characters and situations very well, but I recognise effort and some ability in this.
I look forward to future, non sprite stuff from you.

+ got some story- ive just been back to watch the other two for the first time!
+ some good images and closups. I like the eyes and expressions
+ I like dthe moment he looks and his damaged hands and feels anger.
+I prefer your style to Krinkels' Madness
+Glad you gave him the credit he deserves
-Please put in Hit areas behind your buttons, its naff and lazy having buttons that only click on the actual letters of the word
-as you improve you need to make sure that you keep working us much as you can on your older work as new people will keep going back and seeing them. At present I don't think the older ones are quite up to the standard of the newer one's
-The storyline needs some quiet time, to contrast with the action. That one piece before he entered the building in 2 was so good.
-try not to have guards just stand there stupidly.

I look forward to the rest of the story.
