Its very good

I rarely give scribbly animation scores like this, but my experience of Tetris tells me the emotion in this is spot on. I sometimes have visions of Tetris blocks dropping when I have been playing for a long time!

well i sortof added a background like.. a wall and a ground but i didnt add much detail into it because i wasnt focusing on the background as much... and i would have added a siren for the police car but i didnt find no good ones....

You've got the basics. A bit of sound; a bit of action; some randomness. You need a little bit more story in each episode. I think the animation needs to slow down a little or something.
Some sound effects would be good.

Weird

It makes a refreshing change to see some Flash in another language. Yes, by all means redo it in English, but don't take out all your own language. Why not do a simple Flash primer of Swedish- it could be fun.
