[LoZ: Ocarina of Time p1]

Not bad

+neat, tidy and credited

-This is obviously written for people who already know The Legend of Zelda. You would do better for outsiders like me if you gave us a bit of introduction.
If the story is based on Ocarina of Time, the sounds come from OoT and the Sprites come from OoT, then what part is yours- is there anything in it which is actually original?
If you take a look at MEKoftheMEKKingdom's work you will see what I mean.
For example- He takes images and traces them into Flash. then he can zoom in and see a real picture, instead of pixelated scribble.
the trouble with sprites is that they alway look tiny or pixelated.
Like I said, its not bad, but there just is a limit to the credit I could give you for this work.

Yeah I know it isnt very original, but Im kind of doing this to teach myself. The only original concepts I used were using ALLTP sprites for Oot, and maybe changing the script a tin bit.

Well done! you made me laugh!

So far this is the only seven-star i have protected today.

Because this was meanigful to those who know nothing about 7 star- except that he is 17 today- and it wasn't totally messy.

It was hard to hear the voices properly, but I got the simple idea. its very basic and I might not have protected it on another day, but compared to the rest its quite good.

Its good, but not that good

The art of animation will rise again, but until then we will have to make do with pretentious movies about stickmen.

+the animation IS good, of course. smooth stuff
+ the music is good, well chosen and
+ the style and construction of the whole thing

-its just stick death though. such piles of it that my mind wandered after a bit. it doesn't compare, to my mind, with 100, which develops into a kind of story, with zoom ins and parody etc.
-it had no sound apart from the music. this might be good for some moives, but I didn't think it was specialy apt for this one.
I would rather see one movie of stick death developed than a pile of good same old s/d one after another.

I thought it was borderline/blam until I saw the pudlde reflection. then I got into it a bot more and as a hopeless love case myself i recognise the feelings so well.

However, it really does need the sound etc. Very few things get through judgement without sound. It is potentially a hit, so please do work on it when you have time.

Dragons & Spirits vote only on merit, so despit the fact that the animation in most of your movies is limited and the speakonia is not very good voices, I will give you a good score if I enjoy it.

however, I keep telling you guys. Stop it with the fifen policy- If you keep telling us to vote 5 for anything with a clock in it, bogus crap clocks will keep appearing and you guys get a bad rep.

I watch a lot of clock movies and this one fits well with the spirit and style of clocks.
Please correct the spelling of Presley, you will upset EP fans!

Heh, I think I'll definately do more with this series. Thanks for the advice, but I've got to get some of the larger trendy groups out of the way first (yo-boys, preps, etc.) before I go with some of the ones you mentioned. I've heard the term "chav" alot but I still don't know what it is.

I was thinking about putting some background music in, but I thought it would be too distracting.

+The flower that gets squashed.

-Personally I would have much prefered it with sound as well as the relevent music.
-it reminds me a bit too much of a certain recent film

Ok

weird, a bit funny, simple animation, but definately worth an ordinary 2/5 protect.

It had a but of originality in idea and humour.

Needs a sezure warning in the authors notes.

Politically I think its just as over-simple as the alternative you are against. Besides, which you seem to have forgotten that this is an international website and that thousands of millions of people would think that seeing the US flag hoisted on their land- me included- was a nightmare.
