when you are 'teaching the world' you really need it to be right, it affects people's confidence in you as a teacher.
If you can't spell, get someone to help you.
I scanned all the text from the tutorial on MS Word and in total there was 1 spelling mistake.

Some of the graphics looked pretty good.
I didn't study it in detail, I'm not a games person, so I can't judge the script, but it seemed OK.
You should remember that in a tut, you are a teacher, therefore try and get spelling and punctuation spot on (its not bad). for example you used the wrong your (you're) and leave a space after a fullstop- it makes it easier to read.

When you click, the finger needs to move forward and poke.
As it is it comes across as sloppy and not as fun. Ideally the Dough boy should move as if poked.
